At Jørem we offer overnight accommodations, meal services, salmon fishing, hunting and outdoor activities like hiking and arranged adventures.
Overnight accomondations
The house for rent is a part of a farmyard. It is an older but newly restored
house with a cosy and warm atmosphere. It is only nine hundred meters from
the river Namsen and only a short distance to paths both in the forest and
in the mountains. The house has five bedrooms with ten beds in total. There
is one bathroom and a kitchen with a freezer and a dishwasher. There is one
big living room with Internet and a television with several channels.
If you want meal services, we are happy to offer home made meals, made of
local products.
Fishing
At Jorem you may try all types of angling, both by land and by boat. We have
three boats, all with engines, at your disposal. You may also rent angling
equipment and there are oarsmen available if requested.
The fishing beat is three kilometres long. The beat is divided in two parts. The Upper Beat is one kilometres long and The Lower Beat is two kilometres long. The angling is organized as follows:
Every other day there is angling from either The Upper Beat or The Lower
Beat. Both The Upper and Lower Beat are available for renting with three boats,
day and night, in June, July and august.
